A good rabbit carrier or travel cage can be put to many uses.
I use my rabbit travel cage for taking our Annie to the vet, bringing her inside while I mow the lawns, and for any other reason I need to move her from her hutch.
She’s a very timid rabbit, more so than many others, so she doesn’t like being carried by hand.

Most rabbits aren’t too messy when kept in a carrier for a short period. However, it’s nice to be able to hose a carrier like this out if needed.
Our rabbit has an indoor area and an outdoor rabbit run, and we use a carrier exactly like this for transporting her between the two.
And as already stated, we even leave the carrier in the outside run during the day where she can use it as another bed.
I like these carriers because they can’t be crushed accidentally, they secure well, offer great ventilation, and they’re pretty cheap. Also, they provide the rabbit with a sense of shelter – more so than the mesh-sided carriers.

This AmazonBasics travel cage is a good soft-sided option for those with that preference.
This rabbit travel cage has a ton of great features at a very fair price – in fact, it’s a very cheap rabbit carrier.
The soft sides may be more comfortable for rabbits, though whatever you are using it’s a good idea to put some rabbit bedding down for extra padding.
It comes in 4 different sizes, small, medium, large, and extra-large. The small is good for carrying very small bunnies or even cavies. The extra-large would be good for a Flemish Giant or other large rabbit breed.
You can also use this cage for other small animals including cats, small dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.

While rabbits can feel vulnerable in cages like this that are more exposed (rabbits are prey animals after all), that’s what makes them good show cages.
You can always partially cover it with a blanket when the rabbit is not being viewed.

As you can see, this is a soft case for bunnies, but it is made from a tougher material than some others. This case measures 17L x 13H x 14W and is suitable for most breeds of rabbits.
The downside is that a case like this is not as easy to clean, especially if your pet decides to go toilet inside. It’s certainly more comfortable than a hard plastic cage, but not as practical when it comes to cleaning.

It is still hard on the top and bottom, making it strong and secure, but made from a softer material than hard plastic. It is a more comfortable rabbit carrier, but its downside is in being slightly harder to clean.
